Benjamin D. Miller, P.E.
Mr. Miller holds a BSEE degree and has
over 35 years of experience in
engineering, management, and
consulting. His expertise includes
electrical and mechanical engineering, commercial appliance design, industrial
controls, electrical power systems, and product safety. He also has
patent analysis expertise, and is the named
inventor on
18 patents.
He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers
(IEEE),
a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME),
National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE).
Mr. Miller teaches technical subjects such as blueprint reading,
basic electricity, electrical maintenance and safety, and PLC programming,
for several local community colleges.
Mr. Miller is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois, and serves
on the Illinois Professional Engineering Board (IDFPR).
